1. SAP EWM Implementation & Configuration:

Design, configure, and implement the SAP EWM module within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring it aligns with the organizations specific business requirements.

Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM (Materials Management) and other relevant SAP modules.

Manage and configure warehouse processes such as inbound and outbound processing, inventory management, and internal warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

2. System Integration:

Ensure real-time data integration between SAP EWM and other business systems to maintain seamless operations across all platforms.

Configure data exchange and monitor the effectiveness of data flows between SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

3. Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conduct comprehensive testing of all SAP EWM functionalities, ensuring that the system works as expected.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, maintaining the continuity of business operations.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that end-users requirements are met.

4. End-User Training and Support:

Provide training to end-users on SAP EWM functionalities, ensuring that they understand how to use the system efficiently.

Offer ongoing support to the users post-go-live, addressing issues and questions to facilitate smooth system adoption.

5. Business Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP solutions.

Recommend and implement best practices in SAP EWM to enhance the organizationwarehouse management processes.

6. Project Management & Documentation:

Ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.

Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

7. Support & Maintenance Post-Go-Live:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EWM after the go-live phase to ensure the system remains functional and efficient.

Address and resolve post-go-live issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operation.

Deliverables

1. SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM Configuration: Fully configured SAP Embedded EWM module within the SAP S/4HANA environment, aligned with business requirements.

Integration of SAP EWM with SAP MM and other modules as required.

2. Testing Documentation: Test scripts, results, and defect resolution logs from various rounds of testing, including UAT and system testing.

Detailed report on the testing outcomes, including any issues resolved.

3. End-User Training Materials:

Training manuals, guides, and materials specific to SAP EWM processes.

Training sessions conducted with end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.

4. Business Process Optimization Reports:

Detailed analysis of current warehouse processes and SAP EWM-based improvements.

Documentation of any process changes and enhancements to increase operational efficiency.

5. Project Management Documents:

Project plan, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocations.

Regular project progress reports, risk assessments, and budget status updates.

Functional specifications document detailing all system requirements and configurations

6. Support & Maintenance Documentation:

A detailed handover document with information on system maintenance, troubleshooting, and any known issues.

Log of support requests and resolutions provided post-go-live.

7. Post-Go-Live Support:

A post-go-live support plan, including a defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) for issue resolution.

Resolved issues and enhancements within the support period, ensuring smooth operations.
