SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
Project Management / Service Delivery
Team Leadership (small to mid-sized teams)
Stakeholder Management
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Agile Methodologies
Technical Discussion Leadership

Modules Involved:

SAP EWM (Core and Decentralized)
SAP WM (for legacy understanding)
SAP S/4HANA Logistics Integration
Basic understanding of SAP TM (Transportation Management) desirable

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Support Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end EWM support model for live OpCos
- Act as an
  escalation point
  for critical issues
Stakeholder & Advisory Role
- Serve as a
  trusted advisor
  between business units and the global SAP team
- Coordinate with Warehouse Excellence programs and external vendors
Product Ownership
- Lead
  product lifecycle
  activities: maintenance, upgrades, roadmap planning
- Develop and communicate
  product vision
- Collaborate with product architects, tech teams, and partners
Agile Delivery Management
- Refine and prioritize product backlog
- Ensure high-quality agile delivery for live units
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and product demos

- Review and align with the
  EWM global template
- Lead discussions on process standardization and innovation
