You will bring a systems thinking approach, applying SRE principles, automation, and AI-powered diagnostics to enable self-healing, root cause analysis, and measurable reliability outcomes. This is a strategic role requiring collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Execution Design, implement, and govern a comprehensive monitoring, observability, Automation and Job Management architecture across SAP (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP eWM, ATTP, GRC etc.), middleware , and hyper-specialized business systems.
