SAP End User & Consultant Tutor

We are in the process of expanding our team and are currently in search of an experienced SAP Tutor. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for training and guiding aspiring professionals in SAP modules, both as end users and consultants. Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic SAP Trainer to impart practical and theoretical training specifically for SAP FICO. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP modules, particularly FICO, and should be adept at conducting training sessions using real-world scenarios and case studies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured training sessions for SAP modules at End User and Consultant levels. - Develop and create training content, manuals, and case studies. - Lead classroom or online training sessions as per the requirements. - Assist students in hands-on practice and address their queries effectively. - Evaluate student progress, offer feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. - Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and updates in the field of SAP. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP as an End User or Consultant. - Proficiency in at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.). - Previous experience in teaching or corporate training would be advantageous. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in English and Telugu (preferred). Work Schedule: - Flexible working hours: Part-time (evening or weekend classes) or full-time engagement. - Location: On-site in Tirupati with an option for a hybrid work model if necessary.
