Job Description

As an Employee Central Analyst at CirrusLabs, you will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring data integrity, supporting HR operations, and generating HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with HR policies, handling data change requests, and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the HR technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee master data and maintain compliance with HR policies and data governance standards. - Support HR operations and handle employee data change requests in a timely and efficient manner. - Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports using EC and related tools. - Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of EC enhancements or new functionalities. - Provide day-to-day system and process support to HR and end users. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR technology landscape. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. - Experience in HR data management, reporting, and troubleshooting. - Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle confidential information with discretion.
