SAP EHS Sr Staff Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Illumina, you will play a crucial role in investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities to find effective business solutions. You will define scope and business priorities for changes, elicit requirements from stakeholders, and document them ensuring traceability. Your ability to analyze stakeholder objectives, identify options, and prioritize requirements will be key to your success. You will actively participate in customer implementation projects, manage blueprint workshops, and facilitate project meetings and documentation. Your clear, analytical, and critical thinking skills along with good interpersonal skills will be valuable in this role. Experience in both individual and team-oriented environments, engaging with project teams independently, and minimal manager oversight will be required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree and/or Post Graduate in any discipline. - 12-15 years of SAP S/4HANA EHS/EHSM, SAP Project Management experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in SAP EHS/EHSM in SAP ECC. - Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP EHSM greenfield or brownfield implementation experience, including Roll-outs and Application Maintenance & Support projects. - Experience in S/4HANA conversion from ECC is an added advantage. - Exposure to Environment, Social and Governance Reporting and Analytics is a plus. Process Knowledge: - Expertise in SAP EHS sub-modules like Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Hazardous Substance Management, etc. - Fair knowledge in SAP EHSM sub-modules such as Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Environmental Management, etc. - Technology agnostic with expertise in at least 2 industries. - Exposure to SAP Product Carbon Footprint Management is beneficial. Technical Expertise: - Understanding of EHS Regulatory norms like OSHA, REACh, TSCA. - Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects across various industries. - Configuration and customization experience in SAP EHS/EHSM. - Ability to lead design workshops and architect end-to-end solutions. - Good understanding of SAP EHS/EHSM Master data and S/4HANA architecture. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Positive attitude with flexibility to work in challenging environments. - Ability to conduct trainings and mentor junior team members. - Proactive with a thirst for learning and professional growth.
