Job Description Turner & Townsend are looking for Project Manager to join our award winning, for Bangalore cost centre, growing project management team working within Turner & Townsend's team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience. Role within the project: Should well verse in all areas of project management and processes. Should be able to handle a team of assistant project managers under him. Should be able to drive the MEP delivery of the project through all stages including set up and project brief, design, tendering & procurement, construction, handover & closeout. Should be able to handle all project-related documentation. Responsibilities: Lead project meetings & handle all client communication (verbal and written) Set up initial systems, governance, reporting & communication protocol, set up project controls such as risk management, change management, quality & HSE Be responsible for overall MEP delivery Drive output from the project team, lead a project team of 5+ members Be well versed in end to end MEP delivery including high side and low side MEP QA/QC side for Datacentre Reporting Depending upon context, project manager is likely to report to a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director. #LI-PK1 Qualifications Education - B.E/ B.Tech- MEP Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage. You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills. 8+ years of post-qualification experience in similar role. Required Technical and Professional Experience Having 5+ Years of Experience in operation ManagementProject Oversight: Own end-to-end delivery of managed services across designated geographies (e.g., India, Philippines, South Africa), ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks 1. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between CUSTOMER stakeholders and delivery teams. Maintain strong working relationships with CUSTOMER Site Leads and Service Owners 1. Governance & Reporting: Lead governance activities including SLA reviews, compliance tracking, and escalation management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, SLA adherence, and service performance metrics. Publish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports covering ticket volumes, SLA compliance, incident drivers, and asset summaries 1. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site leads, team leads, and service desk managers. Drive talent engagement and retention through training, performance feedback, and team events. Monitor team performance against KPIs and ensure continuous improvement. Process Management: Ensure adherence to ITIL processes across incident, problem, change, and asset management domains. Facilitate cross-functional coordination for service delivery, escalations, and RCA/CAPA activities. Drive automation initiatives and process enhancements under continual service improvement (CSI). Compliance & Audit: Maintain audit trails and provide artifacts for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including service level credits and earn-back mechanisms. Escalation & Crisis Handling: Manage escalations and critical incidents with urgency and ownership. Coordinate with resolver groups and CUSTOMER SMEs to ensure timely resolution and communication. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities . Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures . Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models . As an experienced professional in pursuit risk management and assurance with a background in large deals, your key responsibilities will include: Developing a comprehensive risk governance framework that spans the entire lifecycle of large deals, from qualification and solutioning to contracting, transition, and delivery. This involves defining risk taxonomy, thresholds, governance touchpoints, and templates such as risk registers, heat maps, and weighted risk scoring models. Establishing an operating model for the Large Deal Risk Office (LDRO), which includes defining roles, responsibilities, and escalation protocols. You will pilot the implementation of this framework on anchor deals and subsequently integrate it into business as usual processes. Applying the risk framework to strategic deals by conducting risk workshops with various teams including PMO, solution delivery, finance, IT, DPO, and legal, to identify and assess deal-specific risks. You will also be responsible for establishing early warning indicators, control checkpoints, and mitigation plans. Collaborating with deal pursuit leadership to ensure a balanced approach between risk and opportunity in solution design. This may involve partnering with various teams to address risk considerations while maximizing deal potential. Designing and implementing risk dashboards, deal heatmaps, and reporting templates for bid councils and CXOs. You will define the cadence for pre-bid reviews, contract risk approvals, transition risk reviews, and steady-state monitoring, enabling effective governance reporting. Conducting executive reviews to communicate risk posture, key exposures, and systemic learnings, driving insights that inform decision-making processes. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold an MBA or CA qualification with 10-14 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, particularly in the context of large deals pursuit. Your expertise in risk management, assurance, and governance will be instrumental in ensuring the success and sustainability of strategic deals. Preferred Skills: - Domain knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management, with a focus on developing and implementing robust risk frameworks for large-scale deals.,
