Job Description

SAP EDI Consultant 3PL & JD Logistics Integration.

Looking for EDI Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP logistics integration and EDI X12 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support EDI integrations between SAP and JD Logistics/3PL systems.

Plan, develop, configure, and support EDI interfaces between SAP and JD Logistics/3PL systems, ensuring accurate and timely exchanges of logistics data.

Work with X12 transactions: 940 (Warehouse Shipping Order), 945 (Warehouse Shipping Advice), 856 (ASN)-Handle X12 transactions: 940 (Warehouse Shipping Order), 945 (Warehouse Shipping Advice), and 856 (Advance Shipping Notice—as supported data flow) across middleware and SAP systems
Configure and troubleshoot SAP IDocs and middleware mappings (SAP PI/PO, CPI, Seeburger, Sterling)-Configure IDocs, partner profiles, ports, and logical systems. Design and implement mapping and transformations via middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other EDI platforms
Collaborate with SAP SD/LE/WM teams to align logistics and shipment processes.
Provide testing and production support for shipment-related interfaces.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, warehousing, and shipment execution.
Hands-on experience with EDI standards (940, 945, 856).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
