Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Data Migration Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP Data Migration, including at least 2 migration S/4 HANA rollout projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SYNITI ADMM and good experience in migration management, planning, tracking, reporting, technical migration consulting, and migration cutover planning.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate the migration project from preparation to go-live and stabilization.
Drive the migration concept and understand the high-level process of data migration, objects, and dependencies.
Provide technical migration solutions and guidance to the technical team.
Collaborate closely with IT experts, functional consultants, and process experts to gather migration requirements.
Work closely with the technical migration team and cross-functional teams during development and technical unit testing phases.
Prepare migration planning and cutover plans for each phase.
Plan, track, and report status to project management periodically.
Take complete responsibility and ownership of technical deliverables, serving as the single point of contact for technical data migration within the project.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Data Migration, with at least 2 migration S/4 HANA rollout projects.
Hands-on experience with SYNITI ADMM, with at least 2 full-cycle migrations preferred.
Good experience in migration management, including planning, tracking, reporting, technical migration consulting, and migration cutover planning.
Experience with SAP BODS, with at least 3 projects using SAP BODS.
Good understanding of SAP processes required for data migration to work with cross-functional teams in gathering migration requirements and rules.
Deep knowledge in understanding business object requirements, dependencies, and technical knowledge (focusing on migration cockpit and BODS) to coordinate and support the technical migration team during design and release.
Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design.
Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is mandatory.
Effective communication, presentation, and people skills, along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including those working on interfaces.
A collaborative leader who can drive the migration team with a servant leadership mindset.
Additional migration tool knowledge is an added advantage.
