SAP - Data Migration

As a Senior/Lead Consultant, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP Data Conversion and Migration projects. It is essential to have experience working with public cloud services and hold relevant certifications. Proficiency in ETL/Reporting/Business Intelligence applications, especially SAP BODS, is a must. Your role will involve tasks such as data profiling, cleansing, and remediation. Functional knowledge in modules like FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, HCM, VC, EWM is required. You should be adept at working with SQL query tools, understanding entity relationship models, SAP Data Model, and database relationships. Having worked on at least 3 end-to-end SAP data migration projects, you should be experienced in data validation, verification, and cleansing using appropriate tools. Proficiency in SQL performance tuning, complex SQL statements, and knowledge of hyperscalers like Azure, AWS, Google, Alibaba, and cloud-based products such as SAP, Salesforce, Ariba, among others, is crucial. Any knowledge in Data Science, python, AI/ML will be considered an advantage. Effective collaboration with project teams, good communication skills, and the ability to interact independently with client teams are essential qualities. Strong interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational skills are desired. Possessing certifications in Data Migration/ETL tools will be preferred for this role.
