SAP Data Archiving Consultant

You are invited to join our team as a SAP Data Archiving Consultant with expertise in SAP Basis and Data Archival implementation and support. With over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks related to server administration, divestment, software management, SAP Data Archiving, reporting, data management, SAP ILM Retention Management, SAP ILM Warehouse Management, and Replication Server migration/upgrade. Your primary responsibilities will include server administration tasks such as managing file servers, handling access audits, and troubleshooting authorization issues. You will also be involved in divestment activities by extracting and transferring archived data and documents to buyers while maintaining detailed documentation. In addition, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications, as well as managing SAP Data Archiving tasks such as activating and deactivating archive infostructures and running archiving processes. You will play a crucial role in reporting progress, impediments, and knowledge sharing during Agile ceremonies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for incident management and resolution, collaborating with other technical teams, and creating quality documentation about incident resolution and maintenance activities. Your role will also involve assisting project teams in testing archive functionalities for SAP ILM Retention Management and SAP ILM Warehouse Management, as well as performing data migration and testing during Replication Server migration/upgrade. To succeed in this role, you must be able to deliver on four key requirements/deliverables, including following Agile practices, providing incident and problem management solutions, ensuring adherence to SLAs, completing SAP Maintenance activities error-free, and delivering high-quality documentation.
