Job Description

Looking for a skilled SAP CS Consultant with 6 to 20 years of experience. The position is based in Pan India and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients using SAP Customer Service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance overall satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP Customer Service.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in SAP Customer Service, including implementation and support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of SAP Hana Implementation and its applications.
Good experience on SAP CS Consultant.
Must have Sap Hana Implementation experience.
