Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP CS Consultant with 6-20 years of experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The position is available across India.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients using SAP Customer Service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance satisfaction.
Develop and maintain documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Train and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Service, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with SAP HANA implementation projects.
Familiarity with IDESLABS recruitment services firm.
