Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP CS module and its integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI. This role involves analyzing business processes, configuring SAP CS, and providing end
-to -end implementation and support to optimize customer service operations.
 

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the implementation and support of SAP CS (Customer Service) module to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business processes related to customer service operations and translate them into SAP CS functional specifications.
- Configure SAP CS module to align with business needs, including equipment management, service orders, notifications, warranties, and returns processing.
- Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Financial Accounting) to ensure seamless process flow.
- Provide expertise in master data management, including customer master, material master, and equipment master.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct unit and integration testing, and ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide training and support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP CS module, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay up -to -date with SAP CS best practices, new features, and industry trends.
 

Must Have Skills :

- Strong experience in implementing and configuring the SAP CS (Customer Service) module.
- In -depth knowledge of SAP CS processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, returns, and equipment management.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP CS implementation project.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Strong integration experience with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.
- Excellent problem -solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Experience in master data management related to customer service operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non -technical stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct user training and create detailed documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills :
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of the differences from ECC.
- SAP certification in CS or related areas.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with SAP CRM integration.
