Job Description

Position:

Lead SAP CRM on HANA projects and manage functional/technical teams.
Analyze business needs and design SAP CRM solutions.
Ensure smooth integration with S/4HANA and Fiori.
Improve business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Support and enhance CRM modules like:
Complaint Management
Installation & Commissioning Management
AMC & Warranty Management
ERP Sales Order Creation
Conduct workshops, user training, and stakeholder meetings.
Manage issue resolution and vendor coordination.
Document processes and ensure best practices are followed.

Mandatory Skills

Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM on HANA
Experience in CRM sub-modules:
Complaint, Installation, Commissioning, AMC, Warranty, ERP Sales
Integration knowledge
with S/4HANA and Fiori
Excellent troubleshooting and support skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead teams and manage vendors

Good to Have

ABAP knowledge
(for functional debugging/support)
Experience in
automation
and
KPI/dashboard setup
Familiarity with
industry best practices
in CRM
