Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the SAP CRM Application Support and Operations Responsible(B2C) - Consumer Analytics at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Your main responsibilities will include being the subject matter expert for Consumer Listening and Analytics solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, working in an agile team, enhancing technology through cutting-edge AI integration, coordinating internal cloud onboarding processes, creating product documentation, establishing user/role concepts, setting up support processes, managing the RUN of solutions globally, and handling tickets related to incidents, user requests, consulting, and support. Key Responsibilities: - Be the subject matter expert for Consumer Listening and Analytics solutions including Analytics tool portfolio, Revuze, Focus Feedback, AWS DB, etc. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with the needs of the user base - Work in an agile and cross-functional team and contribute to Agile ceremonies - Integrate cutting-edge AI technology to enhance technology - Coordinate and support the internal cloud onboarding process and gather necessary technical information and documentation - Create product documentation, user/role concepts, and support processes - Estimate solutions sizing for license negotiations and manage the RUN of solutions globally - Build support and operation work-stream and handle ticket processing for incidents, user requests, consulting, and support Qualifications Required: - University degree in digital, business, information technology, or a similar field - 5+ years of SAP CRM experience - 1-3 years of experience as a product/project manager in B2C solutions - Customer success management/Project management experience in the Marketing area - Team player with strong communication skills - Basic Agile background - Fluency in English Additional Company Details: NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
