Backed by a team of certified professionals and a robust delivery model, the firm continues to expand its presence in India and abroad, offering scalable, client-centric solutions to help businesses navigate their digital transformation journeys effectively.Role ObjectiveTo implement, support, and enhance SAP solutions aligned with business goals in the manufacturing domain. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, support users, and ensure continuous improvement of SAP functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders.Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules (MM/SD/PP/FICO/WM, etc.) based on business needs.Drive end-to-end SAP implementation cycles including blueprinting, realization, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.Develop and execute test plans to ensure business requirements are met, and systems function as expected.Provide day-to-day SAP support and issue resolution ensuring minimal downtime and process interruption.Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP/BI/Basis) for developments, interfaces, and performance tuning.Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, training manuals, SOPs, and user guides.Train and support business users and key stakeholders on new functionalities and processes.Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost reduction.Eligibility Criteria & Skills RequiredEducational QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.SAP Certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.Professional ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.Must have worked in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.Strong domain understanding of manufacturing processes and business scenarios.Proven experience in SAP modules such as:o SAP MM (Materials Management)o SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)o SAP PP (Production Planning)o SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)(Proficiency in at least one core module is mandatory)Technical & Functional SkillsKnowledge of SAP best practices and standard functionalities.Hands-on experience in cross-module integration.Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is an added advantage.Good understanding of master data management, workflows, and authorization concepts.Familiarity with business reporting tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Mandatory RequirementsNo frequent job switches stable career history with long-term tenure in previous organizations is essential.Must have worked within the manufacturing industry or handled manufacturing client projects.Work LocationsNoida (Uttar Pradesh)Kolkata (West Bengal)(Candidates should be open to work full-time on-site in either location.)Why Join UsStable, growth-oriented role within a leading manufacturing company.Exposure to real-time industrial applications of SAP in core operations.Long-term internal IT transformation projects underway.Application ProcessInterested and eligible candidates can send their updated resume to: [connect@coral-ridge.com]Subject Line: SAP Consultant [Preferred Location]Please include:Your updated CVCurrent CTC & Expected CTCNotice periodPreferred location (Noida/Kolkata)
