SAP Concur Travel & Expense Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Configure
Concur & Spotnana
platforms, including travel policies, approval hierarchies, and workflow modifications.
Ensure compliance with
travel industry regulations and best practices
in all configurations and processes.
Manage
Concur integration
with ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Develop and enhance
Concur reports
to meet business needs.
Perform
periodic analysis
and troubleshoot incidents, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
Provide
end-user support
and resolve production support issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize travel & expense processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience with
Concur & Spotnana configuration
(travel policies, approval hierarchies, workflows).
In-depth knowledge of
travel industry regulations and best practices

Strong expertise in
ConcurERP integration

Experience in
Concur report development
and enhancements.
Proven ability in
incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and production support
