Your role includes running interfaces, transferring data between various sources, and driving process improvements to the sales compensation system. You will define requirements for system changes, test enhancements/bug fixes, communicate issues and resolutions with business users, and work independently with diverse stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute production activities in SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server - Drive process improvements to the sales compensation system - Define and provide requirements for system changes - Test enhancements/bug fixes and validate post-implementation - Communicate system/reporting issues and resolutions with business users - Provide business expertise for functional areas within the sales compensation system - Implement solutions to manage and process sales compensation efficiently - Analyze and reconcile complex business data and systems issues - Support production activities and perform data analysis to troubleshoot commission issues **Qualifications Required:** - 3-7 years of experience in a similar role - Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus) - Ability to analyze and reconcile complex business data and systems issues - Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders EY exists to build a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
