As a SAP Commission Senior Consultant with 3-7 years of experience, your responsibilities will include executing production tasks within the SAP Commissions UI and SQL Server. This involves managing interfaces and facilitating data transfers across multiple data sources. You will play a key role in driving enhancements to the sales compensation system, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with developers to define and implement system changes based on requirements. Your role will require testing enhancements and bug fixes in the sales compensation system, ensuring the validity of changes post-implementation. Effective communication with business end users regarding system and reporting issues, as well as the resolution of these issues, will be crucial. Additionally, your involvement in project teams and ability to work independently with various stakeholders will be essential in achieving project objectives. Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus) is preferred for this role. You will provide valuable business expertise for designated functional areas within the sales compensation system, offering solutions that optimize sales compensation management processes based on user requests. Analyzing and reconciling complex business data and system issues will be part of your routine, along with supporting production activities and conducting data analysis to troubleshoot commission-related issues.
