Job Description

As a SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering end-to-end SAP CFIN implementations and rollouts. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and integrate CFIN solutions with existing SAP and non-SAP systems. Additionally, you will analyze business requirements, provide expert advice, and develop functional specifications for client engagements. You will also conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth business transitions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will identify opportunities to optimize and enhance financial processes using SAP CFIN. Your qualifications should include 4-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules with a primary focus on Central Finance (CFIN) implementations. You should have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data replication (SLT), and integration scenarios. Proficiency in financial process mapping, configuration, and end-user training within SAP environments is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Certification in SAP S/4HANA or Central Finance is considered an added advantage.
