SAP C4C Technical Consultant

As a SAP C4C Technical Consultant at Wipro, you will be responsible for configuring SAP C4C modules and functionalities such as Sales and Service to meet the clients" business processes and objectives. Your role will involve integrating SAP C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, using standard tools and techniques. Additionally, you will customize SAP C4C applications using the SDK, UI designer, and business rules to extend standard functionalities and cater to specific client requirements. You will also be involved in planning and executing data migration activities, ensuring smooth transition and accuracy of data from legacy systems to SAP C4C. Testing and quality assurance will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, where you will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of SAP C4C solutions in compliance with quality standards. Providing training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on effectively using SAP C4C applications will be essential. You will create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and configuration documents. Experience with ticketing tools like SNOW will be an added advantage, and knowledge of ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management will be required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must for this role.
