Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using BO tools. Provide technical expertise on SAP Business One (BO) implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery. Design, configure, test, and deploy BO applications to meet company's needs. Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones within budget constraints. Conduct needs assessment and gap analysis to identify business requirements. Manage SAP B1 implementation projects from start to finish. Customize and configure SAP B1 to meet client-specific needs. Provide ongoing support and training for users. Ensure system integrity and functionality through regular maintenance. Develop and deliver documentation and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve business processes. Perform system testing and quality assurance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the system. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of EPC Project Management principles and practices. Proficiency in creating item master data structures for efficient inventory management. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. (BCA/B.Tech/B.E.). 8-13 years of experience in SAP BI/S4HANA consulting or similar roles. Proven experience in SAP Business One implementation and support. Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration in an EPC company. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. SAP B1 certification is preferred.
