Job Description

Who You Are

A Microsoft D365 CRM Consultant who collaborates across clients, operations, and sales to deliver value and process improvements.

The Work

Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities
Manage resources and deliver project tasks
Perform gap analysis; document specifications
Document test scenarios; execute testing data conversion tasks
Provide excellent customer interface throughout lifecycle
Relational database data migration knowledge
Provide status reports, estimates and timelines
Train clients on Dynamics D365

Minimum Requirements Education, Skill Abilities

Bachelor s degree with at least 4 years of Microsoft D365 CRM Field Services experience and integration knowledge
Minimum one Full Life Cycle implementation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills

Working Environment

Office/Home environment or customer site; up to 25-60% travel
Master s Degree preferred; Dynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalent
Dynamics 365 experience; prior consulting project accounting experience
Knowledge of a software development methodology, Microsoft platform skills MS Project
