Key Responsibilities:

Business & Digital Transformation Strategy

• Partner with client stakeholders (C-level, directors) to assess strategic business objectives and transformation readiness.
• Lead the design of future-state business models and operating models aligned with SAP's digital core (S/4HANA).
• Develop comprehensive

• Conduct business capability assessments and maturity modeling to identify transformation opportunities.

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

• Align business transformation objectives with SAP capabilities (S/4HANA, BTP, Industry Cloud, etc.).
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define high-level solution architecture and integration strategy.
• Map business requirements to SAP solutions with clear business case justification.
• Define and govern the end-to-end business process strategy across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, etc.).

Change Management & Value Realization

• Lead change impact assessments and organizational change strategies to support transformation.
• Define KPIs and build value realization frameworks to measure business outcomes.
• Support clients with business readiness, adoption strategies, and operating model transitions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and transformation leaders.
• Collaborate closely with SAP delivery teams, functional consultants, and system integrators to ensure strategic alignment.
• Support pre-sales activities including client pitches, RFP responses, and value-based selling.
