Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Management: Oversee the implementation of the Convergent Mediation system, ensuring it processes the lifecycle of bookings through a four-step lifecycle, from data processing to convergent invoicing, FICA, and FIGL.
- Strong understanding of CI (Convergent Invoicing) and integration with FICA.
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.
- Skilled in the end-to-end implementationinstallation and configurationof SAP BRIM Solution Order Management (SOM) within S/4HANA Service and CRM environments, effectively integrating with Convergent Invoicing (CI) modules.
- Knowledge of integration of CI with 3rd Party Financial API like Vertex through Mulesoft.
