Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior SAP Basis Consultant

with

10+ years of experience

in managing large support projects, handling teams, and working with SAP ECC and other landscape systems. The ideal candidate should have

strong expertise in Oracle & HANA DB, automation using LAMA, and Disaster Recovery (DR) setups and drills.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Landscape Management:
- Manage and support
  SAP ECC and other SAP landscape systems
  .
- Oversee database administration for
  Oracle and HANA DB
  .
- Implement and optimize
  Solution Manager (Solman) & Automation
  .

Team & Project Management:
- Lead a
  large team (20+ members)
  and provide guidance in SAP Basis operations.
- Work on
  major support projects
  ensuring high availability and system performance.
- Engage with
  customers and stakeholders
  for issue resolution and project updates.

Automation & Optimization:
- Implement
  automation using LAMA
  for enhanced efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for
  process improvements and system enhancements
  .

Disaster Recovery & System Resilience:
- Participate in
  Disaster Recovery (DR) setups and drills
  .
- Ensure business continuity by managing
  failover strategies and recovery plans
  .

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong
customer-facing experience
with excellent communication skills.

Experience in
performance tuning, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
.

Knowledge of
SAP Cloud technologies
is a plus.
