Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Request Owner at SAP, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of robust, downtime optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management activities within ECS. Your role will involve taking end-to-end ownership of customer service request fulfillment in the Netweaver area, focusing on accelerating growth (RISE with SAP) and increasing service excellence through stabilization improvements. Your activities will aim to reduce manual efforts and costs (lower TCO) and deliver faster services to customers, meeting their needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Take end-to-end ownership of customer service request fulfillment in the Netweaver area - Focus on accelerating growth and increasing service excellence through stabilization improvements - Reduce manual efforts and costs to deliver faster services to customers - Drive service request improvements and technical projects to optimize service execution quality via standardization and automation - Strengthen the ECS Delivery Productization team Qualifications Required: - Motivated, skilled, and value-oriented individual with experience in technical project management - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong focus on learning and development - Previous experience in cloud services, ERP, SAP, database, or related technologies is a plus Additional Details: SAP is a purpose-driven and future-focused company with a highly collaborative team ethic and commitment to personal development.
