As an IT Architecture - Security Senior Specialist at SAP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security culture of SAP ECS and strategic customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer-specific security requirements, contributing to the design and architecture of security solutions, and participating in risk management, compliance, audit, and vulnerability management. You will work with technical layers such as Azure, HANA, SAP platform security, OS, and networking, demonstrating practical experience in network security topics and a solid understanding of authentication and communication protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Live and breathe the security culture of SAP ECS and strategic customers - Address customer-specific security requirements - Contribute to the design and architecture of security solutions - Participate in risk management, compliance, audit, and vulnerability management - Demonstrate understanding of security risks, best practices, and solutions for technical layers such as Azure, HANA, SAP platform security, OS, and networking - Apply practical experience in network security topics - Show a solid understanding of authentication and communication protocols Qualifications Required: - Understanding of security risks, best practices, and solutions for technical layers - Practical experience in network security topics - Solid understanding of authentication and communication protocols - One or more relevant security certifications - 5+ years in a security role, with 2+ years architecting security solutions - Experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably at the executive level At SAP, we are builders who touch over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce.
