SAP Basis Expert

As a Customer Service Request Owner at SAP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of robust, downtime-optimized, and highly automated lifecycle management activities within ECS. Your primary responsibility will be to take end-to-end ownership of customer service request fulfillment in the Netweaver area, with a focus on accelerating growth (RISE with SAP). Your daily activities will revolve around enhancing service excellence, implementing stabilization improvements, and reducing manual efforts and costs to deliver faster services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. In this role, you will work closely with the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) team, which is SAP's private cloud managed services provider that is experiencing accelerated growth. You will collaborate with motivated and skilled technical project leads to drive service request improvements, optimize service execution quality through standardization and automation, and strengthen the ECS Delivery Productization team.
