Perform day-to-day SAP Basis administration tasks, including system monitoring, user administration, and performance tuning.
Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and patches for SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
Handle transport management across SAP environments using STMS.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues (application and database level), including SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Perform system refreshes, client copies, and system backups/restores.
Work closely with functional and development teams to ensure smooth transport movements and system performance.
Implement SAP security policies and manage roles/authorizations (in collaboration with security team).
Document system changes and maintain operational manuals and runbooks.
Participate in on-call support rotation and perform root cause analysis for critical issues.
