Job Description

3-4 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration with a Minimum of 2 years of Strong Production Support knowledge on ABAP & JAVA stacks Production support

Essential Skills:

SAP Systems Health monitoring, recording issues & Performing Troubleshooting
EWA Reports Analysis & Documenting Recommendations
Performing RCA for Dumps, Errors occurring from OS, DB & SAP
Working experience in Supporting JAVA stack systems such has EP, PI, BO
Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts ( rooster based)
Production Systems restart
Client Administration
Transport Management
Analyzing Alerts generated by the SAP Solution Manager and reporting to the Tech Lead in case of errors or critical Kernel update
Working experience of SAP HANA Database monitoring & alert analysis
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems Working experience in Clustering and High Availability is an added advantage.
