In addi on, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below: • Should have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in SAP BASIS. • Good communica on skills to handle bridge calls with clients. • Ac vely monitor systems to ensure they are tuned and running. • Support project knowledge in handling ABAP and JAVA system as a mandatory skill. Other applica ons knowledge on BOBJ, BODS, Cloud connector, Content server, Open Text will be added advantage. • Knowledge on webdispatcher configura ons and troubleshoo ng. • SSL and SSO configura on. Exchange of cer ficates, renewal of cer ficates, building trust between two systems. • Providing technical support for SAP systems is a cri cal task for basis administrators. They have to examine technical infrastructures, including transport and printer administra on, job scheduling, designing, and implemen ng of SAP opera onal needs. • Maintain the mul ple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training and produc on). • Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correc on and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configura on and development objects are promoted properly. • Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance. • Configure and manage the SAP prin ng subsystem for all SAP instances. • Maintain SAP performance by planning and execu ng SAP tuning strategies. • Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space. • Handling systems outages and customer technical bridges • Should be experienced in understanding configura on of alerts and fine tuning of system performance based on alert monitoring.
