Sap Basis Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience and 3 years in field implementation of S4 HANA v2023.
• SAP S/4 HANA conversion, End to End SAP system migrations experience
• Prefer to have process understanding on Automobile manufacturing industry
• At least one full-cycle implementation of an S/4 HANA project
• Monitor and administer SAP systems, including application servers, databases, operating systems and network components
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems and databases
• Plan and execute system backup and restore activities
• Install, configure and upgrade SAP systems and applications
• Manage transports across different SAP landscapes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, standards and guidelines
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other stakeholders

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Proficient in SAP BASIS administration tools and techniques
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, components, and modules
• Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, backup and recovery on-premise and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP etc))
• Experience in SAP user administration and authorization management.
• Experience in SAP transport management system.
• Experience in SAP performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP systems
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and databases (Oracle, HANA, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in US Central time (CST)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
• Good to have any SAP Certification
• Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
