Description We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Consultant with 6-14 years of experience to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and support of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities Manage and support SAP systems and infrastructure Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Implement and maintain SAP security and authorizations Conduct system backups and disaster recovery planning Collaborate with functional teams to optimize system performance Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards Provide technical support and training to users Skills and Qualifications 6-14 years of experience in SAP Basis administration Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and HANA Experience with SAP system installations and configurations Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or HANA Understanding of SAP security concepts and practices Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
