Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Basis & Authorization Support:

  Provide expert support to the SAP functional team for all questions related to

  SAP Basis and SAP authorization operations

  .
• Perform operational management of various SAP systems, including

  S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, SAP CI within the BTP platform, Solution Manager 7.2, and SAP DS (part of SAP BW landscape)

  .

• System Management & Troubleshooting:

  Demonstrate strong experience in

  monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting of SAP and SAP HANA systems

  .

• Authorization & Security:

  Possess good knowledge of

  SAP authorization concepts

  and extensive experience in

  user and authorization management

  .
• Address

  security concerns

  and actively participate in

  IT audits

  .

• Project Leadership & Coordination:

  Plan and coordinate projects from an

  SAP Basis and SAP authorization perspective

  .
• Cooperate closely and coordinate actions with hosting partners.
• Work on projects and potentially serve as a

  technical project lead for SAP Basis topics

  .

• New Features & Adaptability:

  Possess the ability to technically accommodate and implement new SAP features as they emerge.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Years of Experience:

  8+ years.

• Relevant Years of Experience:

  8+ years in SAP Basis support.

• Education:

  University degree in IT or engineering or similar.

• Mandatory Skills:

  SAP Basis

• Desired Skills:

  SAP (implies comprehensive knowledge across the SAP ecosystem).

• Core Competencies:

  More than 5 years of direct SAP Basis support experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Additional Information:

• Approx. Vendor Billing Rate (excluding service tax):

  INR 10,000 to INR 12,000 per day.

• Background Check:

  Post onboarding.

• Shift:

  No specific shift work outside of standard daylight hours (NA in JD, confirming general shift).
