SAP-B1 finance Expert (Business Analyst)

As an SAP-B1 finance module implementation expert at a fast-growing consumer good company, your role will involve working closely with the finance and business teams to understand business processes, reports, and requirements. Your main responsibility will be to oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Additionally, you will need to configure modules, customize workflows, and align development with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. - Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs. - Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems and implement best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management). - Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. - Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices. - Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. - Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 4 years of experience, with at least 1 to 2 complete SAP-B1 implementation cycles, preferably in manufacturing or trading. - Hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation. - Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand and solve business processes. - Background in finance is an added advantage. Type of Role: This is a permanent full-time position within the IT and business team of the company. You will report to the lead consultant and Finance head of the company. Location: The role is based in Mumbai-Marol Naka. Joining Time: The candidate is expected to join at the earliest, not beyond a month.
