Job Title:

Manager SAP Testing (Automation & AI Enablement)

Experience Range:

8-11 Years

Role Summary:

EY GDS is seeking an experienced Manager SAP Testing to lead and oversee SAP testing and automation programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-driven SAP automation, hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca and Micro Focus UFT, and deep functional knowledge across SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules. This leadership role requires the ability to architect automation solutions, manage delivery teams, and ensure quality outcomes across large, complex SAP transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership And Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end SAP testing delivery for large-scale implementation, rollout, and migration projects.

Define and implement test strategy, governance, and quality processes.

Manage project teams, including planning, staffing, workloads, risk management, and client stakeholder communication.

Technical Expertise And Automation

Design and oversee SAP automation frameworks using Tosca, UFT, and AI-based automation solutions.

Provide strategic direction on automation feasibility, effort estimation, tool selection, and optimization.

Drive innovation by integrating AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation approaches for SAP testing.

SAP Functional Knowledge

Work closely with SAP functional consultants across SD, MM, and FICO to understand business processes and testing requirements.

Review and validate test scenarios, test data, and end-to-end process coverage.

Client Management

Engage with senior client stakeholders to provide insights, progress updates, and recommendations.

Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, effort estimation, and client workshops.

People And Capability Building

Mentor and coach team members to build strong SAP testing and automation competencies.

Contribute to building accelerators, best practices, reusable assets, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

811 years of experience in SAP Testing and Quality Engineering.

Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of SAP automation using Tosca (mandatory) and UFT.

Experience with AI-driven automation, self-healing scripts, and model-based testing.

Deep functional understanding of SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FICO modules.

Experience leading medium to large teams in SAP testing engagements.

Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and end-to-end business processes.

Experience in Agile delivery, DevOps integration, and CI/CD pipeline for test automation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
