Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7-15 years of experience to join our team as a Sr. Technical Recruiter in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, and DHTML/Web Page development.
Experience in Labvantage LIMS development is required.
Strong relational database knowledge and experience using Oracle and/or SQL Server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
