Job Description

Requirements

Must to have

Ariba.
Support and optimize SAP Ariba Buying and Commerce Automation modules.
Focuses on requisitioning, catalog management, approval workflows, and seamless electronic PO/invoice exchange via the Ariba Network.
3+ years of experience with SAP Ariba Buying or Commerce Automation.
Familiarity with procurement workflows and e-procurement best practices.
Knowledge of Ariba Network configuration and supplier enablement.
Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Ariba Buying: requisitions, catalogs, approval flows, spot buy marketplace.
Lead Commerce Automation setup for electronic PO and invoice exchanges with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Act as point of contact between IT, Procurement, and suppliers for transactional issues.
Deliver system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
Train end-users and prepare documentation for procurement processes.

Required Languages:

Advanced English 80-95%
