Job Description: Must Have SkillsDeep understanding of SAP Incentive Management and Sales Performance Management solutions. Able to work independently and in teams in a fast paced and changing environment. Hands-on experience on SAP SuccessFactors Incentive management solution. Minimum 2-3 years of implementation experience in end-to-end implementations in Callidus Cloud Commissions Success Factors Incentive Management. Should have experience in data model, stage hooks and XDL customizationKnowledge of compensation plans , Clawback, Loyalty, Bonus etc, SQL ,Database table design and backend tablesWorking with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflows, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirementsGood to Have Skills Provide technical expertise to support solution design by leveraging current technologies, which support key customer requirements in conjunction with product functionality. Play key aspects of designing, supporting and adopting commissions management solution. Work with diverse teams to provide input to product development direction and activities.Capable of configuring various reporting options for Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Finance etc. Ability to roll up on a sales hierarchy Good hands-on experience in Embedded analytics

Key Responsibilities Take leadership in development, solutions. Lead and provide technical expertise for the managed services team. Develop strong client relationships. Collaborate with project management and implementation teams. Develop database design and architecture documentation. Ability to understand current solutions for clients and lead them through optimization and integration projects to maximize the value. Create and present data architecture maps and advise clients on integration best practices.
