Job Description

As a SAP Analyst at NTT DATA, your role will involve providing support and monitoring managed services for clients" Packaged Application technologies such as ERP, Middleware, and other critical software. Your main responsibility will be to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve Application-based incidents, service requests, and alerts to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. Additionally, you may contribute to project work as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor client Packaged Application technologies like ERP, Middleware, and other critical software. - Identify and address problems and errors before or when they occur. - Investigate first-line incidents and determine root causes. - Fulfill approved requests following established procedures. - Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as necessary. - Execute approved maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes. - Follow required handover procedures for shift changes to maintain service continuity. - Report and escalate incidents when needed. - Ensure efficient resolution of incidents and requests. - Identify opportunities for work optimization and automation. - Update existing knowledge articles or create new ones. - Contribute to project work as required, including disaster recovery functions and tests. - Perform any other related tasks as necessary. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing or relevant work experience. - Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications hold additional weightage). - Entry-level experience or completion of a relevant intern program. - Basic knowledge of infrastructure and technology within the supported technical domain (e.g., ERP, Windows, Linux, SQL, Oracle Middleware, Webserver, etc.).,
