Job Description

Position Overview:

SAP Alliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management

  • Own and deepen the strategic alliance with SAP across global and regional teams.
  • Manage executive-level relationships at SAP and key GSIs to drive mutual success.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Build and execute joint business plans, GTM strategies, and field alignment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and solutions teams to develop co-branded offerings and campaigns.
  • Partner Development

  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through the SAP ecosystem.
  • Facilitate enablement, training, and joint solution development with SAP and internal teams.
  • Ensure certification targets are met
  • Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Own the pipeline of joint opportunities and ensure quarterly/annual targets are met.
  • Track and report on alliance KPIs, including sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal sales, product, delivery, and executive teams to ensure alignment on alliance objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the SAP alliance internally, advocating for resources and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in

    channel sales, alliances, or partner management

    , preferably in enterprise technology.
  • 35+ years

    managing SAP partnerships

  • Proven success in driving

    joint GTM strategies and pipeline growth

    .
  • Deep understanding of the

    SAP ecosystem

    , including SAPs partner programs, industry solutions, and cloud offerings (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE, etc.).
  • Strong network within SAP field, partner, and alliance organizations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in or with

    large GSIs

    (Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) in a partner or alliance management capacity.
  • Exceptional

    relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    .
  • Comfortable with a matrixed environment and global stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
