Role Overview: ASB Training Hub is seeking an SAP ABAP Trainer for a part-time, on-site role in Trivandrum. As an SAP ABAP Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing hands-on support to students, and customizing content to meet learners" needs. Your role will involve assessing progress, ensuring high-quality instruction, and fostering continuous improvement through feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for SAP ABAP - Develop and update training materials - Provide hands-on support to students - Assess progress and customize content for different learners - Ensure high quality of instruction through continuous improvement and feedback Qualifications Required: - Strong SAP ABAP technical knowledge and hands-on experience - Ability to develop and update training materials effectively - Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills - Experience in assessing progress and providing hands-on support to learners - Capability to customize training content based on learner needs - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Globally certified SAP ABAP consultant preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a teaching or training role is an advantage,
