Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers. - Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions with integration to SAP HANA. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP and HANA technologies. Develop and maintain software based on product backlog features and developed high-level design. - Continuous integration on configuration and delivery. - Perform technical reviews on software design and coding - Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance. - Participate in Weekly meetings/calls with internal and external Product Owners. - Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible. - Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his/her project or team.
