The Daksha Career Accelerator Program by Orane Consulting is a paid internship that leads to guaranteed full-time employment as an SAP ABAP Consultant. This 4-month onsite program offers intensive hands-on training in SAP ABAP, real-world project exposure, and a structured pathway into one of the most in-demand technical roles in enterprise IT. You’ll receive a ₹15,000/month stipend during the internship, followed by a full-time job with a salary of ₹45,000–₹55,000/month. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Learn SAP ABAP from Scratch – Build a strong foundation in SAP’s core technical language. Work on Live SAP Systems – Practice coding, debugging, enhancements, and technical development. Build Enterprise-Grade Solutions – Apply your learning to business use cases and live scenarios. Support Project Delivery – Assist in technical testing, documentation, and SAP implementations. Mentorship Sessions – Learn directly from experienced SAP professionals. Transition into Full-Time Role – Move into an SAP ABAP Consultant role post-internship. Who Should Apply?
