SAP ABAP HR

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant at our company, your role will involve supporting clients in designing, developing, and maintaining custom HR reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Your strong understanding of SAP HR/HCM modules and ABAP programming related to HR processes will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with functional HR teams to understand requirements and deliver ABAP solutions accordingly. - Support and optimize existing SAP HR custom developments. - Handle debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution. - Ensure code quality and documentation standards are met. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in ABAP development specific to SAP HR modules. - Experience with Enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, BDCs, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. - Good understanding of integration with SuccessFactors (preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills. Preferred: - Knowledge of SAP HCM on S/4HANA or SuccessFactors integrations. - Previous experience working in support or implementation projects. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
