Job Description

As an experienced SAP HR-ABAP professional, you will be responsible for various tasks in the technology domain. Your role will involve: - Designing, developing, validating, and supporting activities to ensure client satisfaction with the technology services provided. - Gathering detailed requirements and specifications from clients and translating them into system requirements. - Playing a crucial role in estimating work requirements to provide accurate project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. - Contributing significantly to building efficient programs and systems to assist clients in their digital transformation journey. - Having strong hands-on experience with OOPs concepts, BADI, Report and Module Pool Programming, LDB, and OOPs. - Handling data transfer mechanisms using IDOCs, Interfaces through PI. - Possessing fair technical knowledge of working with WDA, FPM, Workflows, Smart Forms, ADOBE, ESS/MSS Applications. - Understanding HCM functionalities to prepare high-quality Technical Specifications based on requirements. - Having good communication skills and the ability to mentor the team. - Any experience with UI5, S/4 HANA will be an added benefit. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will also need to have knowledge of design principles, architecture fundamentals, performance engineering, quality processes, and estimation techniques. You should also have a basic understanding of project domains, SDLC, agile methodologies, and the ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements into system requirements. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities are essential for this role. The location of posting for this position will be in one of the following cities in India: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Jaipur, Hubli, or Mysore.
