Job Description

Job Location : Bangalore Exp : 5yrs- 8yrs Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Procure to Pay - Payroll Finance & Accounting is a plus. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the design and development of ABAP OOPS and ABAP Web Services. Provide technical expertise in SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SAP ABAP developments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all SAP ABAP developments. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Participate in the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades and enhancements. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ABAP functionalities. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SAP solutions. Qualifications Possess strong experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP. Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions. Have a good understanding of Procure to Pay Payroll Finance & Accounting processes. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
