Job Description

As an experienced SAP ABAP, Hana, OData (Fiori-Front end) professional, you will be responsible for the following key tasks and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be part of a smaller team, contributing to support and enhancement activities related to SAP ABAP, Hana, OData, Fiori, IDOC, CDS, and BAS. Your role will involve handling multiple work requests with strict deadlines, requiring proactive, diligent, and hardworking qualities. You should be self-learning and able to create test data for unit testing before UAT. Collaboration with the Functional team for requirements gathering and testing changes will be essential. Reporting work status periodically and installing necessary tools for testing and development based on requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work in a smaller team to support and enhance SAP ABAP, Hana, OData, Fiori, IDOC, CDS, and BAS - Handle multiple work requests with close deadlines - Be proactive, diligent, hardworking, and self-learning - Create test data for unit testing before UAT - Collaborate with the Functional team for requirements gathering and testing changes - Report work status periodically - Install required tools for testing and developing objects based on requirements - Experience in supporting and developing objects in ECC and S4 modules such as MTD, OTC, RTR, Security, and Basis - Resolve S4 related performance, firewall, and interface issues by working with other teams when needed **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with IDOC extension to standard IDOC and working on custom IDOC - Knowledge of AMDP, CDS extension to standard CDS, and developing custom CDS from scratch - Proficiency in Fiori, BAS for new development, and RFC and Web services - Ability to work with APIs such as standard OData v2 and v4, custom from CDS or ABAP program, and extensions to standard API - Experience with SFTP and FTP file transfer interfaces, as well as EDI If you possess the required skills and are available to join within a short notice period of immediate to one week, kindly share your profile with cherian.thomasmattathil@ust.com to explore this exciting opportunity.,
